International Block Trading, Lending & Liquidity Solutions
Wessex Corporate Strategy acts as an intermediary, connecting Shareholders, Founders, Investors and Listed Companies with institutional counterparties for liquidity solutions from exchange traded equity positions.

Positions We Can Facilitate.
We review exchange-traded positions for introduction to suitable institutional counterparties. Our role is to facilitate contact and discussions, not to execute transactions. Eligibility and terms are assessed by the relevant counterparty.
I
Eligible Securities
Exchange-traded equities listed on recognised markets worldwide — positions that are freely transferable and free of encumbrance.
II
Position Value
Mandates from £1 million to £100 million, with the typical engagement sitting in the £5–50 million range.
III
Traded Liquidity
Daily volume and free float are considered by prospective counterparties when assessing a position for lending, equity-backed finance or a private sale.
IV
Ownership & Title
Clear, verifiable title to the securities. Ownership, voting rights and economic exposure under any lending or financing arrangement depend on the terms agreed with the counterparty.
V
Markets & Counterparties
Listings on the world's principal exchanges, with introductions to institutional counterparties whose requirements align with the proposed transaction.
VI
Exclusions
Unlisted, restricted or illiquid securities.
Client Pathways
Four pathways. One standard of discretion.

I
Stock Lending
Introductions to institutional counterparties offering stock lending and equity-backed finance against listed positions — an alternative to an outright sale, subject to eligibility and agreed terms.
- Shareholders drawing capital without selling
- Founders with concentrated post-listing stakes
- Investors and funds spreading risk whilst staying invested

II
Block Trading
Connecting holders and buyers of significant exchange-traded positions with institutional counterparties. Wessex facilitates introductions and discussions; execution is handled by the parties’ appointed providers.
- Founders and major shareholders realising holdings
- Investors and funds entering or exiting in size
- Listed companies managing transactions in their own shares

III
PIPE Transactions
Private investment in public equity — introductions between listed companies seeking capital and institutional investors. The issuer, investors and their appointed advisers agree terms and complete the transaction.
- Listed companies raising capital in private
- Founders and boards bringing in long-horizon investors
- Funds gaining allocated access in size

IV
Private Placements
Introductions between holders of existing shareholdings and selected institutional buyers for a private sale. Wessex facilitates contact; the parties and their appointed providers handle execution and settlement.
- Holders selling down a significant stake
- Investors and funds acquiring allocated blocks
- Listed companies managing a change among major holders
